What goes into a conversion
Scope ranges from a basic shell with openings cut to a fully finished unit. You choose.
- Standard 20' and 40' containers, including high-cube
- Window and door openings framed and cut
- Insulation packages for Montana winters
- Interior framing, finishes and extra rooms
- Electrical and plumbing per your selected scope
- Decks, roofs and multi-container layouts
Before you order
- Zoning: container homes and ADUs are treated differently from town to town. Check with your city or county first.
- Foundation: piers, slab or a perimeter foundation. Foundation plans are available.
- Delivery: setting a container takes a tilt-bed truck or a crane, and clear site access. We'll confirm what your site needs.
- Utilities: power, water and septic or sewer. MEP plan packages are available.
Container pricing depends on unit count, finish level and delivery logistics.
