Quote
Fill out the quote form with your building type, rough size, intended use, site location and timeline. Rough numbers are fine. We'll follow up to fill in the gaps and talk through options.

Engineering & plans
Your building is designed for the snow, wind and seismic loads at your site and what your building department requires. Then we put together the paperwork:
- Engineer-sealed drawings (available) for permit submission
- Foundation plan package with anchor bolt layout and reactions
- MEP plan packages (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) for living and heated spaces
- Erection drawings for whoever builds it

Delivery
Your kit is drop-shipped by truck straight to your site. Before it ships we confirm road access, a laydown area and unloading equipment, so delivery day goes smoothly. Container units need a tilt-bed or crane set; we'll confirm what your site needs.

Build
Your foundation is poured to the plan, then the building goes up. You can erect it yourself, hire a local contractor, or tell us you need erection or construction help and we'll talk through options.

How long does it take?
It depends on engineering, permitting and current lead times. Tell us your target timeline and we'll give you a realistic schedule with your quote.
Do you pour foundations?
We provide foundation plan packages. Your foundation is typically built by a local concrete contractor before the kit arrives.
What if I don't own the land yet?
That's fine. Many people price a building while they're shopping for land or under contract. Just let us know where things stand.
Do you deliver outside central Montana?
We focus on sites within about 100 miles of Roundup, but kits can ship farther. Ask on the quote form.
